an old hot rod buried in a garage in El Paso, Texas in 1971, turns out to be one that Von Dutch striped in 1969... it was stuck in that garage until 2011 (thanks Brad!)

Michael Lightbourn, who uncovered Big Daddy Ed Roth’s long lost Orbitron in Juarez back in 2008ish, was instrumental in uncovering the Von Dutch ’23 T-bucket.

It was built in early 1969, with an L88 427, Crower and Hilborn induction, and a Ford 9"

He even got Von Dutch to make him a car show sign for it....

  1. Now THAT'S a hot rod!!! I love the rear slicks, burnt chrome headers, and no front brakes.

What about that Nova? I think there is one more great story in that garage. Thanks!
